This Ward LaFrance was Delivered to Ocean Gate NJ Volunteer Fire Department on August 12th , 1931. Currently powered by a Inline 6 Continental Motor mated to a 4 Speed Manual Transmission. This Ward spent its entire active fire service life as a member of a Volunteer Fire Department in New Jersey. From there it went to a Fire Department to be shown in parades and other events. It later was sold to a Fire Department for personal use and lastly acquired by the current owner in non-operating condition in December of 2018.
