1969 was a banner year for the Corvette. Though the model year did run 4 months longer due to labor disputes it was still considered as the best year to date for sales and would stay that way until 76. The design was basically the same as the 68 but all of the small problems had been addressed making the 69 known as the people's Corvette. Gone was the awkward two part push button door handle that irritated just about every single 68 owner. This numbers matching 69 Corvette is a great example of what could be expected out of a 69 Corvette. The exterior has been painted to match the trim tag which reads 983, Fathom Green. The dark green paint gives this car a much classier look while maintaining its youthful allure. The dual chrome bumpers are in excellent condition and definitely make this beauty stand out. Tilt the long hood forward and you will see one of the cleanest numbers correct 350 small blocks to come through my showroom.
