Pushing into the mid-60s Fiat was looking to replace their aging 600 model. The design team set to work and the 850 was born. Offered in two versions at first, the normale and super. Variants would follow such as: Special, Familiare, Coup, and the Spider. What we have here is the ladder. As you walk around this little Fiat you will quickly notice it is very clean. Understandable considering it has been stored in a sealed bubble. This car also only has 11k miles on the odometer and is believed to be original. Even the title supports the claim. The Fly Yellow paint looks great with a nice luster. The black vinyl interior hardly looks used and certainly complements the tone of the car. This car has been subjected to a massive 3+ year restoration and modification. This 850 was converted from a convertible to a roadster; top and wipers were removed. Welding and filling used to shut tonneau and panel gaps. Original motor was removed and higher powered 1050cc motor was added form the Fiat 127 series.
