Fesler Built, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, was tasked with the transformation, starting with the original '65 frame which they stripped down to the bare rails and painted black. The result is a cruiser and canyon carver that is as stylish as it is impressive. Underneath the hood of this black beauty is a 383-inch stroker small-block engine, fitted with Air Flow Research aluminum heads, an Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake with a Holley Sniper EFI, and filled with hardware that includes TRW pistons, a Comp Cams hydraulic roller camshaft, and a GM Performance Parts stroker crank. Backed up by a Tremec TKO600 five-speed with a modified Hurst shifter, this Corvette is packed with a 400-horsepower punch. The body of this Corvette is as nice as its performance. a mirror-like foundation for the BASF two-stage black paint. Inside, the dash received a major makeover with Dakota Digital gauges and controls for a Vintage Air HVAC system. The original seats and door panels have been refinished with new black leather, complementing the exterior black paint.
