BEEP! BEEP! Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner. The Roadrunner was a midsized performance car built from 1968 and 1980. Built by Plymouth as a lower priced, basic trim model muscle car. The first- generation Roadrunner was manufactured from 1968-1970. In 1970, updates included a new look for both the front and rear end, grille, hood, front fenders and quarter panels. 'High Impact' colors such as Vitamin C, In-Violet and Moulin Rouge were introduced. Approximately 41. 000 units were produced in 1970.

This 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner is the epitome of the muscle car era. Painted in classic Vitamin C orange with a black bucket seat interior. Superbee striping and badging gives this Plymouth an iconic look back in time. Under the hood of monster is a 496...

1969 Plymouth Belvedere

View Description

The Belvedere was introduced in 1967 as a mid sized upscaled -trimmed performance muscle car through 1971, and the GTX was known as a 'gentleman's muscle car. '.

This handsome 1969 GTX is no different. With less than a 1000 miles on the fresh rebuild, it boasts a screaming 440 ci with 375 hp motor with an air grabber hood and a 4 on the floor manual transmission. This GTX is painted a deep medium blue with black stripes. Watch all the heads turn as you pull in or cruise on by. The interior is black with bucket seats. You would be hard pressed to find a better example of tasteful, old world muscle.

Just throw it in gear, rev the engine, drop the clutch, and launch yourself off the line and hold on as you work your way through all 4 gears. You'll leave...

1969 Plymouth GTX

View Description

This GTX is powered by the standard 440 Super Commando V8 rated at 375HP. This GTX is a sharp Bronze with Black vinyl top and interior. This GTX has had a complete rotisserie restoration. Mopar was putting big engines in everything so that even the family coupe was available with a monster motor. The GTX came on the scene as The Gentleman's Muscle car. It was a little more sophisticated than some of the other offerings. Introducing a new body style, the previous year in 1968 the 1969 GTX had only minor changes. The 1969 Plymouth GTX had standard black lower-body side paint in place of the previous stripes. The standard 440 V8 was still rated at 375 hp. This 1969 GTX has a Super paint job and has a great look with a set of rally wheels. The interior although restored still maintains its vintage look and feel. The dash is simple. It still sports the...

1970 Plymouth Barracuda

View Description

For the 1970 Barracuda, redesign, removed all its previous commonality with the Valiant. The original fastback design was deleted from the line and the Barracuda now consisted of coupe and convertible models. The all-new model, styled by John E. Herlitz, was built on a shorter, wider version of Chrysler's existing B platform, called the E-body. Sharing this platform was the newly launched Dodge Challenger; however no sheet metal interchanged between the two cars. The Barracuda's for sale in that time period came from the factory sporting the 440ci four-barrel Super Commando, the 440ci six-barrel Super Commando Six Pak, and the 426ci Hemi. This car being quipped with the 440 C. I. D V8 received the upgraded suspension components and structural reinforcements to help transfer the power to the road. Rowing through the gears via a pistol grip shifter and running it all through a 5 speed manual transmission and planting it to pavement through a 8 3/4' rear end, I guess you can say, this is one...

1970 Plymouth Barracuda

View Description

Breaking all connection with the Valiant, the 1970 Plymouth Barracuda was a complete redesign. Though the --Cuda shared the same B platform and is similar in appearance to the Challenger, the two vehicles shared no sheet metal. The 1970 Barracuda was available in three trims: the base model Barracuda, the Grand Sport, and the sport oriented --Cuda. This particular example started life with a 318 CID V8. This is a true factory FC7 Plum Crazy Purple car, and originally was equipped with a black vinyl top, roof, and interior. It has undergone a full rotisserie restoration in December of 2015. During the restoration, the interior, roof, and top were all converted to white vinyl, while a fresh FC7 Plum Crazy paint job was sprayed on. The big change however, was the removal of the anemic 318, and the transplant of the hearty 440 CID that...
