1970 Oldsmobile 442

View Description

It features a rebuilt but original number matching 455 V8 engine mated to an automatic transmission with only 2500 miles since put back together. This car will really get up and go. It just does not get any more 1970-s than this! This iconic slice of the seventies looks like it just fell out of the pages of an Oldsmobile brochure. This 1970 442 for sale was repainted in 2008 to this beautiful base clear Burnished Gold which was the original color and with just enough chrome to make her sparkle. The interior is absolutely stunning and gives you a flashback of when quality and craftsmanship made a difference in branding. Oldsmobile set the benchmark for a muscle car that works just as hard as you do. If you are looking for the perfect -cruise the back roads- car, look no further. How could it get better than to cruise the open road in a classic 1970 Olds' 442 with the top down while getting lost on back country roads, meeting new people and eating at the local diners. This car will provide week end after week end of fun and adventure....

1957 Oldsmobile Super 88

View Description

The 1957 Oldsmobile 88 Coupe Oldsmobile showed a real propensity for power in the 50s. The Rocket T-400 V-8 displaced 371-cu. in. , sported 9. 5:1 compression, and was rated at 277 horsepower-more than double the earlier 88s output. This vehicle is equipped with the J2 option (code W). J2 had been around as a performance option since the early 50s, but for 1957 and 58, J2 ran three two-barrel carburetors. Historically, Oldsmobile's J2 beat Pontiacs Tripower to market by a matter of weeks. Oldsmobile had been developing 3x2-bbl carburetion for a couple of years under Pete Estes, an engine-development engineer and assistant chief engineer at Oldsmobile before he became chief engineer at Pontiac in September 1956. In December of 56, Pontiac announced Tripower for a spring release-no doubt prepared with information Estes brought with him from Oldsmobile. It caught his former co-workers off-guard, and they had to scramble to ready the J2 intake for a late January/early February launch as a mid-year option. This is one gorgeous 1957 Oldsmobile, and best of all it has the 371ci J-2...

The Oldsmobile 442 Convertible is one of the most popular Muscle Car Cruisers on the market. This Olds is an original 442 that has had a 455 CI V8 with electronic ignition and a Holley carburetor transplanted under the hood. The transmission is an automatic turbo 400. The finish on this car is excellent. The Sequoia Green color was applied over 7 years ago and still looks excellent. It looks like it was just done. The Convertible top and window are also in excellent condition. Inside, the Black bucket seats, dash, carpet and door panels are also in excellent condition. The real highlight of this car is the way it rides down the highway. This car has a smooth powerful acceleration. Put the top down and listen to the exhaust as the automatic shifts through the gears. 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass

View Description

The folks at Oldsmobile really nailed it on the design of the 1970 Cutlass, refining the 1968-1969 lines into this gorgeous 1970. What a pretty car- top up, or down, from any angle. GM's Oldsmobile Division - along with Buick were the top of the line 68-72 A-Body design, and had a unique way of combining sporty styling with luxury. Yes Sir, the 1970 Cutlass lineup had something for everyone, from the standard grocery-getter base Cutlass all the way up 'Doctor Oldsmobile's' tire shredding 442 W30 455 torque monsters.

This baby runs and drives very well, and the dual exhaust system gives it that unmistakable muscle car note us guys in the car business love. The optional 350 V8 4Bbl makes more than enough horsepower and torque to propel this sweet Cutlass with ease. GM's Turbo Hydromantic 3 speed automatic shifts just as it should, making it a pleasure to drive. And of course there are power steering, power brakes and factory air conditioning to make it easy to handle and enjoy. Overall condition is very good. Nice honest car-.

The exterior looks terrific in it's original color...
