Ford F-Series pickup trucks have been sold continuously since 1948. For the last 67 years Ford has gotten their formula right: reliable drive trains, rugged good looks, and a trim level for every budget. This 1973 F100 with the Ranger package is no exception. With a single-cab/long bed layout, and rear wheel drive, this truck would've made a great work horse in 1973. and probably still would! The truck was born with a 302 CID V8 under the hood which has been a fresh crate 302 CID V8. Backing the V8 is a reliable C4 automatic transmission and rear wheel drive. The C4 transmission has been rebuilt, so the drive train will be in good working order for years to com. The body was repainted in the original color orange; code Y as indicated by the door tag and the Owner card. Currently the truck sits on a nice set of alloy wheels with white letter tires, but the original hub caps are available though in need of refinishing.
