1965 Ford F100
View Description
This truck likely stands as one of the best examples of a 65 Ford Truck. The restoration was frame off and done to an incredibly high level of detail. The truck was originally an Oklahoma vehicle and served for 20 years before spending 20 years in a barn. The current owner took 4 years going over every nut and bolt. During that time, he either refreshed the original pieces or replaced them with new. The 352 FE block is original to the truck and this is the first year it was offered. The engine has been rebuilt and now has a 390 cubic inch displacement with a mild Edelbrock cam. Electronic ignitions makes for easy starting. The transmission and rear end are not original because the original equipment was geared for farm use and not practical for todays roads. Currently there is a C6 transmission with a mild shift kit and a Dana 60 posi-traction rear end...
