1968 was a year noted for change at General Motors with the completely redesigned Corvette and Chevelle. If the Corvette was a sports car, and the Camaro a 'Pony Car,' then the Chevelle was the street fighter. This particular Chevelle, which the vin # decodes to be a real 'SS' has some unique options. The big block 396ci is bolted to a two speed powerglide trans and backed by a 12-bolt rear diff. Under the metal cowl hood you'll see this is a factory a/c car.
