The '74 Camaro was a one year only production model and the last of the Z28S until Chevrolet brought them back in 1977. Approximately 13,802 Z28S rolled off the assembly line in 1974 with an estimated third of the total number receiving the upgraded LT option. To keep things running smooth and strong, the powerplant recently received a fresh valve job, double roller timing chain, and a complete tune up including rebuilding the original Quadrajet carb and installing a new HEI distributor. A crisp shifting turbo 400 automatic transmission and a factory 3. 42 posi rear differential (one of 6473) proves the right boxes were checked on the Norwood assembly plant order form. This rare Z28 has been garage kept, well cared for, and is a one respray survivor believed to be wearing its original sheet metal. The owners manual is still in the glove box and the original spare tire still resides in the trunk....

When Ford needed to catch up to the competition in the early sixties, they bored out their venerable FE work horse from 390ci to 406ci. Then Ford baked in some hi-performance spice into the heads, carbs and cam and the Legendary 405hp 406 v8 was born! This motor was the basis for Ford's amazing hi-po big block bruisers of the mid to late 60s like the 427, and 428 Cobra Jet. This 1963 Galaxie XL, 2dr coupe is everything street racers would have ordered back in 1963. Black paint, 2dr post body, no AC, no power steering, no power brakes. If it didn't make it fast, it wasn't checked off. The seller claims the 406 is the rebuilt original motor topped with three two-barrel carburetors and spinning a Top Loader, four-speed manual. The clutch is heavy and stiff like a good 60s street fighter should be. The 448lb/ft of torque is put to the ground through a 28 spline, open rear with a 3. 50 final gear ratio. This the car can move; mash the gas and it'll take you back in time! When you're not behind the wheel, you'll notice the rust-free black body, dent and ding free chrome bumpers...

With its unique lines, there was nothing on the American streets in '71 that looked like the Grand Prix and this black beauty is one to behold. If you're in the market for a classic Pontiac, you'll be hard pressed to find one that's been cared for at this level. The glistening black paint partnered with 17' gold WS6 snowflake wheels is a stunning combination. As you enter the cabin, you'll find yourself seated comfortably in a true time capsule and catapulted back to 1971. Hit the key and the 400ci engine roars to life. The melody from the camshaft and custom exhaust will be music to the ears of the muscle car enthusiast. An aluminum radiator helps keep the motor nice and cool while the factory air conditioning keeps all occupants chilly inside. If you want to stand out from the cookie cutter cars at the local car...
