1973 would begin the transformation from the Corvette being a muscle car to a well rounded touring sports car. With an improved ride quality from the use of radial tires, redesigned body mounts and increased sound deadening this would be the first Corvette that you could use as a driver and actually enjoy it. The body while still classic C3 design did have a different nose due to government regulations now requiring a 5 mph bumper. This new design was basically covered with a urethane cover emphasizing the sleek lines of the 3rd generation Corvette's. This particular C3 with its classic red paint looks like it's moving just sitting there. The rear chrome bumper gives the car just enough shine to give it a classic look. With the exterior looking good with the black vinyl top either up or down the outside of this car is in great condition. The interior was not in quite as good of shape so the decision was made to redo the interior and the black interior looks great.
