1934 Oldsmobile Coupe
View Description
According to its owner, there were only 400 of these cars ever produced, and of those, this is the last one known to exist. Not only is that a unique aspect of this car, but according to him, his great grandfather purchased it new, and he is the second owner. Now, we have no way of verifying that, but we'll take his word for it. The car comes with a binder of restoration photos, and suffice it to say that it went from an original steel roller to what you now see, which is pretty wild. It now sports a new custom-fabbed 1/4 x 2 x 4 rectangular tube steel frame, which has been boxed and subframed with a 'Z'd, smoothed, painted and finished' configuration. It features Heidts Superide polished stainless steel front suspension, and Heidts Superide Power Rack and Pinion steering. The rear suspension is a polished stainless TCI 4-link setup with adjustable chromed Carrera 350lb spring setup. The rear is a Ford 9' with 3. 51:1 gears, and was balanced by Art Morrison. It features a custom Tulsa Drive Shafts drive shaft, which has been balanced to 6500 RPM. The front brakes are discs from a 1988 Corvette, and...

For starters, this car is a legit 11-second performer in the quarter mile! We'll get to spilling the beans on those details shortly, but first, consider the fact that this car gives off all the aura of the timeless elegance of the late 1940's and early 1950's American automobile industry, with its sleek black paint, shiny chrome trim (the trim on this one is from a 1950 model), and their classic body styling. Then, after admiring the gleaming black paint on its exterior, get in and feel the truly exhilarating performance that this 1949 Oldsmobile 88 Club Coupe can deliver. It's one of those classic rides that seamlessly blends vintage charm with modern functionality and blistering performance. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed gray cloth interior that complements its classic design and offers a comfortable and inviting driving experience: its front seats feature integrated 3-point seatbelts, and the driver's seat also provides 6-way power adjustability. The customized dash includes digital gauges for fuel, oil, volts, boost, coolant temp, and transmission temperature, as well as the toggle switches for the TCC torque converter lock-up and auxiliary electric fans. The addition of an AutoMeter tach (with its integrated shift light) to the left of...

View Description
First produced in 1964, the '4-4-2' designation indicated 'Four-barrel Carb, Four-speed manual transmission, and Dual Exhaust'. As time rolled on, the 442 designation was an indication that the car was a potent street and strip performer, right off the showroom floor. While it may be a 54-year-old ride, the big 400 CID V8 under the hood has plenty of power to leave a ton of BF Goodrich radial rubber behind you! Topping that 400 is an Edelbrock 4BBL Carb (instead of a Rochester QuadraJet); and behind that, a GM TH400 3-speed automatic transmission sends the power to the 12-bolt rear end. While stepping into this muscle car, you'll notice the blue synthetic leather interior, light blue carpeting, and light blue headliner; all of which are complementary to the exterior striping, which is done...
