Up for sale in our Tampa showroom is this amazingly built sleeper, 2005 Ford Mustang GT. The Mustang GT for sale features an all-aluminum 4.6 L 3-valve SOHC Modular V8 with variable camshaft timing and a more rugged Tremec TR-3650 transmission. The engine produces 300 hp in factory form @ 5750 rpm and 320 lb·ft of torque @ 4500 rpm, once agan in factory form. The GT model for sale is capable of performing a quarter-mile test in 13.5 seconds @ 103 MPH, with acceleration from zero to 60 MPH in 5.0 seconds. The current Mustang GT for sale also comes equipped with a limited slip differential complete with the same carbon-fiber clutch discs used in the 2003 to 2004 SVT Cobra and the 2007 Shelby GT500. The differential uses the 31-spline axles and the 8.8 rear end. The standard final drive ratio of 2005 and 2006 Mustang GTs with a manual transmission is 3.55:1. This particular Mustang for sale is equipped with the 2.6L Kenne Bell roots style blower that has a front mount intercooler. Kenne Bell advertised this blower on a factory 4.6L 3v V8 to put out 440whp and to run 11.9-12.2 in the quarter mile @ 105-110 mph. Like the outside, the new Mustang\'s for sale\'s interior takes its cues from all of its forefathers. With the six-inch increase in wheelbase, it\'s the roomiest and most comfortable Mustang yet, and there is even reasonable rear seat room. The instrument panel has aluminum trim in the modern idiom, but the sharp twin-cowl brow over it is a very Sixties touch. So is the type font on the instruments. The tricolor-and-galloping-pony emblem in the steering wheel hub is classic. The Shaker 500\'\' sound system in this Ford for sale, with AM, FM, a 6-CD changer, and MP3 capability. (Still, the stereo outlets under the rear bumper are the best....) Access to the 2+2 rear seat is as tricky as is usual for a two-door coupe, but there is enough room back there for medium-sized adults. And the seatback folds 50/50 for cargo carrying ability if necessary. A recommended option is the ``Interior Upgrade Package,\'\' which adds seat-cushion inserts that match the car\'s paint, among other goodies.
