Vinyl Interior1965 Ford Mustang coupe for sale in our Tampa Showroom. This beautiful “C†Code Mustang has a great history. This car has been owned by the same couple for the last 46 years! That’s right, they bought it in 1970 from the original owner. Over the years it has been tastefully modified for a bit more power and more creature comforts. The original numbers matching engine sits under the hood and has been slightly modified with an Edelbrock intake and Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor, Flame Thrower coil, aluminum radiator and headers running to dual exhaust with mufflers. A/C was added in 2010 and blows cold, while power steering was more recently added in 2012. The battery is new along with a tune up and a new gas tank done in 2015. The exterior has been customized a while back with blue paint with the taillight panel and the side panels done in a silver blue metallic that really pops in the sunlight. The black vinyl interior is in great shape with A/C, AM/FM/Cassette radio, extra gauges to keep an eye on the engine and seat belts. This first generation has a neat story and is ready for its next owner. The 289 engine was rated at 200 horsepower from the factory and gets a nice little bump in that number from the bolt on power adders.
