It is finished in a sharp and rare Prowler Deep Candy Red over grey leather interior. 2002 was the last year of production on the Prowler, they only made 1436 of them, and just 299 of the were sold in prowler deep candy red. This is the one to collect. The paint is in great condition and the interior shows almost no wear and tear.
Chrysler took this all new body designed with he help of Chip Foose and stuffed in a 3.5 liter v6 which made comparable power and torque figures to their v8 engines of the time. Power was transferred via a "torque tube" to a rear mounted 4-speed automatic transmission which helped with weight distribution. The later cars such as this one used an aluminum version of the 3.5l which also helped with weight. The majority of the chassis was aluminum as well to keep the weight down to improve performance both in a straight line and in the twistys. 0-60 mph in less than 6 seconds was no problem as well as a 125+ mph top speed. Handling was also addressed and includes inboard coil over shocks up front with aluminum upper and lower control arms.
