The extensive restoration on this car was completed in 2003 but could easily fool you into thinking it was newer. The paint on the car is in fantastic shape and shines great. The mileage on the car was 68,185 when the restoration was completed. Now it has a little over 2,000, showing that there have been just a little over 33,000 miles since the rebuild. The owner states that the engine and transmission are original to the car and have both been completely rebuilt. However, the engine had a few upgrades installed while they were in there. It is now bored 40 over, has larger valves in the heads, and a slightly more aggressive cam. Sitting on top of the engine is an Edelbrock Performer intake and Holley 600 CFM carb. The transmission also was gone through and now has a Transco programming kit installed for comfortable driving as well as a 2000 rpm stall. All suspension components are either new or have been refinished. The rear differential (posi traction) was also rebuilt. This gorgeous Corvette will make an amazing vehicle for many more years.
