Powering this 72' Mach 1 is the original 351 CID CJ (Cobra Jet) V8 engine. This 351 V8 features an upgraded cam, lifters, intake, carburetor, and distributor, although all the original parts are included with the sale of the car. A 3 speed automatic transmission transfers the power to the Ford 9" rear end which house 3.50 gears. Originally a red Mustang, the Mach 1 was changed to the 1972 Ford color, Bright Lime, when it was repainted almost 20 years ago. This Bright Lime paint was done right, as it still shines like new, and looks fantastic. Accenting the Bright Lime paint is the flat black stripes and decals throughout, which also provide the classic Mach 1 appearance. The black vinyl interior also looks great, it is free from any rips, tears, and signs of wear. Creating the classic early 70's custom car look are the race inspired aluminum/alloy wheels with black accents and the Hoosier raised white letter radial tires.
