In their first year, they more than tripled that prediction and continue to produce these sweethearts today. To date, nearly 9 million of these vehicles have rolled off the assembly line. The initial generation was the most successful, and some might argue was the most beautiful shape. These were offered in a coupe, convertible or sports roof body style, each with many choices of engines, transmissions, and options. This particular coupe sports the trusty 200 CID Inline 6 and an automatic transmission. This one is finished in Wimbledon White, and iconic Mustang color. The interior has been nicely upgraded with two tone red and white Pony interior. The Pony interior sports embossed horses running across the backrest of each seat. A car like this is a great entry level classic car. The vehicle is in great shape, and will only require routine maintenance.
