Hidden underneath the Stinger inspired hood is a Crate 350 CID Vortec V8, which is rated at 330 horse power. This horsepower is much improved from the original emissions restricted engine, and is a preferred upgrade among car enthusiast. The original 350 Turbo transmission has been rebuilt and features a B&M shift kit and a 2500 stall converter. The original rear end was also rebuilt and does a fantastic job at putting the power to the pavement. During the restoration this Corvette was completely dismantled and rebuilt by hand. The frame was etch primered and painted 2007 Corvette Red Metallic with silver metallic and chrom accents throughout. An all new, upgraded suspension is in place with new sway bars and mono-leaf composite rear spring for optimal handling and ride comfort. Walking around this 76' Corvette you will notice the Stinger inspired hood immediately, as it separates this Corvette from all other C3 Corvettes. Finished in the same 2007 Corvette Red Metallic as the frame, this paint looks outstanding. The beautiful paint matched with the mirrored T-Tops and chrome wheels provides a very unique and sought after look. The brown leather interior looks wonderful, with little to no wear throughout. The wood grain accents perfectly complement the look and feel of this custom interior.
