The paint scheme is classic Shelby with a white base and blue racing stripes. This car has a nice GT350R style front bumper which adds to the aggressive look. The car sits on an awesome set of Shelby wheels which complete the GT350 look. Under the hood you'll find a healthy 289 CID V8 which has a mild aftermarket cam and dual exhaust which sounds amazing. A new aluminum radiator keeps everything cool and an Edelbrock intake and carburetor feed the beast. Possibly the nicest addition on this car is the T-5 5 speed manual transmission which backs the engine. The 5 speed allows for better highway ability. Even with 4.11 rear gears this car turns about 2,000 RPM doing 70 MPH. Those 4.11s also allow for some great acceleration at take off. The interior is black vinyl which is in great shape. Of course one cool feature of the 2+2 body style is the folding rear seat. The seats can be folded flat for additional storage space and visibility. Overall this car is a great driver that will certainly turn some heads. Mustang Fastbacks are beginning to be a bit out of sight for the average collector's budget. This is a very solid, mechanically sound, and great looking example.
