The 350 CID V8 engine was rebuilt in 2008, now has an estimated 350 horsepower, and has traveled about 18,000 miles. The glass T-Tops bring back the awesome retro mid 70's look, as do the polished aluminum/alloy rally wheels matched to the raised white letter radial tires. 1976 marked the last year of the Stingray, until 2014 when it was brought back for the debut of the C7 Corvette. The 76' Corvette received steel floor pans to shield the catalytic converter exhaust. The steel floor pans actually weighed less than the fiberglass floor pans used in the earlier Corvettes, and also reduced interior noise levels.
