This classic Corvette boasts a red with white side cove exterior, white vinyl top, with red interior, and it looks as good with the top up as it does with it down. Powered by a period correct 283 CID V8 and a 3 speed manual transmission, this Corvette is a breeze to drive, and has plenty of power to cruise comfortably down the highway at 70 MPH. The manual convertible top goes up and down with ease, in case you need to seek shelter from a pop up shower while out on a summer cruise. The chrome grille on this C1 Corvette is a thing of beauty. The chrome center bumper intended to hold the license plate protrudes just in front of the 14 chrome "teeth" that protect the grille opening. Move to the side and you see the much talked about white side coves that run directly behind the front wheel slanting downward and end midway through the door. The side portrait is capped off by the wide white wall radial tires mounted on the 15" wheels with hub caps. At the rear of the 57' Corvette you notice the taillights are cut into the rear quarters and the dual exhaust tailpipes are incorporated into the body design at the rear of the Corvette. The interior is classic 1950's, speedometer mounted in front of the steering wheel, with all the other gauges at the center of the dash. The rearview mirror is mounted on top of the dash to complete the unique look.
