This beautiful little 1966 Ford Mustang coupe is road ready and needs a new home. Equipped with the 200 CID Inline 6 cylinder engine, this smooth running six banger has plenty of pep to get you from A to B. This is a car that has been nicely maintained and restored over the years. In 1998 the body was media blasted and the car was completely painted in 1973 Medium Blue Metallic. At that time the vinyl top was installed for a very handsome look. Since that time the brake system has been replaced, as well as shocks, springs, and tires. Recent work includes new alternator, rebuilt carburetor, oil change, and battery. The inline six breathes through all new exhaust with 2.5" piping, a Magnaflow muffler, and chrome tip. It makes a great sound and might fool a few people into thinking there's a V8 under the hood. The vehicle sits on a set of period correct hub cap wheels wrapped in white wall tires. The interior is nicely upholstered in black vinyl which is in wonderful shape. The 1966 gauge cluster offers full instrumentation and a more modern round speedometer. These first generation Mustang coupes offer a comfortable seating position with plenty of visibility. They really are a joy to take down the road. Mustangs are an excellent way for someone to enter the classic car hobby, or to continue their collection. Parts and knowledge are plentiful, and of course, everyone loves getting a closer look at a classic Mustang.
