Options for this Sting Ray include auxiliary hardtop, wood grained steering wheel, power windows and an AM radio. This numbers matching solid lifter 327 produces 340 h.p. and is mated to a four speed manual transmission. The only engine available with more power was the Fuelie. For most, this was the most sought after power train at the time due to the uncertainty and unfamiliarity of the fuel injection set up. 1963 was quite a year for the Corvette. A first for independent rear suspension, flip up head lights, a fixed roof and available cast aluminum knock off wheels.
