This beautiful muscle car is painted in a metallic silver which goes well with the black vinyl interior. The car was completely restored and it shows. Under the hood is the numbers matching, big block 390 CID V8 engine which is backed by the original 4-spd manual transmission. If you enjoy feeling the power at your finger tips this is a great set up for you. The drivetrain is followed by a 9" rear-end and 3.25 gears; perfect for both performance and cruising. The 390 engine was completely rebuilt and bored .030 over and was balanced for efficiency. The 390 in 1967 was rated at 320 HP! The transmission was also rebuilt as was pretty much every part of this nicely restored Mustang. The interior is new and ready for someone to enjoy. The 1967 model year Mustang was the first redesign of the original model. Ford's designers began drawing up a larger version even as the original was achieving sales success. The overall size, interior and cargo space were increased. Exterior trim changes included concave taillights, side scoop (1967) and chrome (1968) side ornamentation, square rear-view mirrors, and usual yearly wheel and gas cap changes.
