This Fastback started its life in the San Jose, Ca. factory as a 302-4V automatic, but has since been outfitted with a 351 Cleveland and is still teamed up to a C4 automatic transmission. This one is complimented nicely by the small hood scoop with the dark silver hood stripe & the smaller graphics running down the sides, the custom aftermarket horizontal grill, and a glimmering set of old school chrome Cragar S/S wheels, in keeping with the classic hot rod styling. The interior has been updated a bit, complete with vinyl/suede seating areas, nice carpets & a retro look AM/FM audio system powering the rear-deck mounted Pioneer speakers. Front disc braking with cross-drilled/slotted rotors, drum rear and power steering help improve the stopping & handling, and a newer set of B.F. Goodrich G-Force Comps 2's make sure the footing is handled properly! With only 7,661 1968 Fastbacks built with the front buckets & rear fold down seats, these are sure to continue to increase in value, so if you are looking for a nice driving '68 Fastback, this is certainly worthy of your consideration.
