If you were one of the fortunate people to own on of the 562 Original 1965 Shelby GT350 Mustangs (all Fastbacks), then your financial portfolio must be looking pretty good, considering the real ones are bringing the $300-$700k price tags! But for the rest of us, we offer this 1965 GT350 Tribute, finished in a Rangoon red with white GT350 racing stripes over the black interior. The exterior is complete with the GT350 hood scoop, rear side scoops, gas cap & Cobra grill emblem. Also giving it more of the GT look are the Torque Twist wheels, complete with the iconic Cobra center caps. There are a lot of new build parts on this Mustang also, like the chrome bumpers, front marker lights, rear taillights, gas tank, battery, chromed door sills, front seating upholstery, as well as the both the entire front & rear suspension components, so this Tribute shows as good as it goes! Power is supplied by the 289 CID Windsor topped with the Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake & matching Edelbrock 600cfm carb that runs the Ponies through the C4 automatic transmission & back into the 8" Ford rear end. Power front disc braking, power steering, cold R134 A/C and a RetroSound AM/FM/Bluetooth audio system make for some killer cruise nights, so if the Shelby look is what you are looking for, but you're short a couple digits in the bank account, then this nicely done 1965 Mustang GT350 Tribute might just be the way to go!
