This is a 327 CI, 360 HP Fuel injected car. 1962 was the last year for the C1 and the first year that Chevrolet made the 327 available in a Corvette. This 1962 Corvette is Honduras Maroon with a removable color matched hardtop. It also has a brand new White convertible top. This car has a matching numbers engine #3782870 F1020RF with Rochester Fuel injection part #7017360 serial #1944. The transmission is a Muncie 4 speed casting #3925660 Production code #P8T18. This Corvette received a frame off restoration that was completed in 2009 at that time it also got a new frame from Vette Products of Michigan item #190150. The engine also received a new correct Duntov mechanical lifter camshaft, new solid lifters, new push rods, valves lapped new springs and keepers. Recently the customer has had the fuel injection unit rebuilt and pressure tested. The wheel bearings and all 4 wheel cylinders were also replaced. A new fuel pump sending unit and fuel lines replaced. A new Wonderbar receiver with Bluetooth has also recently been added. This is the Fuel injected Corvette that you have always wanted.
