Ford produced the fourth generation F-Series trucks from 1961 to 1966, making this 1966 F100 the last year of this body style. Ford had introduced the previous year an all new chassis with a independent "Twin I-Beam" front suspension with coil springs along with a new "Flex-O-Matic" rear suspension which adjusts spring stiffness. This combination provided a much better ride quality and also helped to reduce tire wear. This 1966 Ford F100 is powered by its original, numbers matching 240 CID Inline 6 cylinder engine and is backed by a 3-speed manual transmission with only 23,527 actual miles! Options on this 1966 Ford F100 include: Vinyl Interior, Aluminum Alloy Wheels, and Radial Tires. This beautiful fourth generation F100 has seen one repaint back to its original light blue and white color scheme and shows very well. The interior is still sporting its original vinyl bench seat and has weathered the test of time. The truck currently sits on a set of aluminum alloy wheels but the truck also comes with its original steel wheels and spare that could be put back on for that classic stock look.
