Vinyl InteriorGateway Classic Cars is excited to present this 1967 Plymouth Barracuda at our Milwaukee location. The Barracuda name plate had an impressive ten year run from 1964- 1974. This second-generation Barracuda incorporates design cues including a concave deck panel, wider wheel well openings, curved side glass and s-curved roof pillars. Definitively marking their spot in muscle car era, Chrysler is known for their high- performance power plants including the iconic Hemi. Our 1967 Plymouth Barracuda comes with a 340 cubic inch small block LA transplant in place of the original 273 small block with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. The Mopar 340 cubic inch engine was manufactured for the model years 1968-1973. This engine was considered by many as the best performance small block engine in the Mopar line-up for its era. Producing an impressive 275 horse power without modifications. Our 1967 Barracuda has a 727 Torqueflight three speed automatic transmission which is attached to an 8.75-inch (741) style rear axle with a 2:76 gear ratio ring and pinion bolted to a Sure Grip limited slip differential. Power brakes and power steering add to the driving experience. All said, this 1967 Plymouth Barracuda was set-up to impress any 1960's muscle car enthusiast. Beautiful red paint accented with white bucket seats and a fold-down rear seat set this car apart from the competition. Just hearing the word Barracuda instills memories of a muscle car era that will never fade.
