Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1974 Pontiac Grand Am. The first mid-sized Grand Am was introduced in 1973 and ran until 1975. Built on both two and four door platforms. General Motors designed the Grand Am with both sporty good looks with luxury features. Intergrading sporty interior features like bucket seats, floor shifter, and rally clusters combined with comfortable seating, plush carpeting and warm trim panels.
Due to the oil crisis only 17,083 Grand Am models were built in 1974 with only a very few made with a four-speed manual transmission. The transplanted 455 V8 making this Grand Am a rare classic indeed. This Grand Am is painted in Camel and highlighted with a meaty set of American Racing alloy wheels mounted on a set of B.F. Goodrich raised white letter tires. The sporty but luxurious beige vinyl interior is loaded with many features including air-conditioning, power windows, faux wood dash trim, full instrument cluster, center console and an AM/FM radio. Power steering and power brakes complete the package.
