Vinyl InteriorGateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1965 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible. The Galaxie was produced by Ford from 1959-1974 as a full-size model. This third-generation model was manufactured from 1965-1968. It was completely redesigned with a taller, bulkier stance, and distinctive vertically stacked headlights. Other new features included a redesigned rear suspension, updated instrument panel, and the 352 V-8 was updated with a four-barrel carburetor and dual-exhaust.
This 1965 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible is painted in Wimbledon White with a matching vinyl convertible top. The rear fender skirts add a touch of elegance along with a set of period whitewalls. An original two-tone blue vinyl interior has front seatbelts and seating for six. Under the hood is the desirable 352 V-8 attached to a Cruise-O-Matic three-speed automatic transmission. Added features include power steering, power brakes, power convertible top, and a Factory Am radio w/ rear speaker.
