This 1994 Competition Yellow Convertible Corvette is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The C4 was the beginning of a new era for the Corvette. With more emphasis on rider comfort and handling the 4th generation Corvette was a completely different take on America's supercar. They even brought back the convertible which had been on leave since 1975. This was also the first year that the LT1 got mass airflow sequential fuel injection making it a lot more responsive as well as much more fuel efficient. All of that power had to be put to the rear wheels somehow and what better way than through a 6 speed transmission. This particular transmission was actually built by a German company the ZF group which is known for designing, engineering, testing, and manufacturing some of the best transmissions to date.
