This 1991 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The C4 was produced from 1984 to 1996 with only subtle changes over those 12 years. Probably best known for being the first corvette with the now classic rear glass hatch making the C4 a car you could use as an everyday car. With its completely redesigned 100% electric dashboard including graphics for speed, RPM and other important engine functions. The completely redesigned chassis, actually the all new, built from scratch chassis would be the first major redesign since the late 60's. Styling for the C4 was cutting edge and considered very edgy when released but still looks very appealing to this day. This bright red C4 has been well maintained and is very obvious with the condition of the paint. Most of the red C4's you see with original paint have major fading and oxidation problems which are common for red paints. However this 91 shows none of those problems with one of the brightest red's in my showroom. Tilt the hood forward and the classic L98 multi port injected small block does not look like an almost 25 year old engine.
