Radial TiresThis 1963 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud is an automobile which was produced by Rolls-Royce Limited from April 1955 to March 1966. It was the core model of the Rolls-Royce range during that period. The Silver Cloud replaced the Silver Dawn and was, in turn, replaced by the Silver Shadow. The Silver Cloud III arrived in 1963. Due to the original 6.2 L Rolls-Royce 220 hp V8 being mated to a GM Hydramatic transmission, when the time came to replace the less than reliable powerplant, the decision was made easy. This particular Silver Cloud III now sports a Chevrolet 350 CID. The professional restoration was performed in Florida. The two tone Maroon & Silver paint scheme looks great and appears fresh. On the inside, the leather and wood trim is in excellent condition. The gauges and power widows function properly, which is not always the case in these early Rolls. A modern AM/FM/CD stereo has been added for your listening enjoyment! Air Conditioning has been added for increased comfort of the passengers, which includes both front and rear systems. Hop in the rear and you will notice under the seats, in front of you, are foot rest. Simply kick your feet up and relax while you are driven in style. If you’re a busy company man, then this Rolls has you covered there as well. Flip down the oak table from the seat back and place your laptop accordingly.
