It would go down as the best introduction for any car. This red 65 Mustang rolled off the line as a 289 V8 car with standard interior. It has seen a major upgrade since those days. The current owner decided to put a Summit crate 289 in the car that sounds absolutely amazing. It has had the heads ported and polished with a decent size cam as well. Feeding this beast of a motor is an edelbrock 650 carb which has an electric choke to get things going on those cold mornings. Having the engine taken care of the old transmission was removed and a brand new C4 automatic transmission gets everything moving down the road. The transmission is controlled thru a B&M shifter that insures shifts will are crisp and exact. Options include Radial Tires and Seat Belts.
