This is a factory "S" code car that has had the 390 replaced with a fresh and detailed 428CID Cobra Jet V-8. The engine sports a 750 Holly carburetor, powder coated headers, Lemans valve covers, cobra air cleaner, aluminum Edelbrock heads, aluminum Edelbrock intake and Edelbrock performer aluminum intake. The engine is hooked to a 4-speed Toploader manual transmission with Hurst shifter and linkage that runs to a 9 inch rear-end that holds 3.25 gears. The passenger compartment holds a deluxe black interior with new seat buns and covers, upper and lower console. It also features the 2+2 rear fold down seat and a roll bar with non-retractable harness. The exterior is painted in Clearwater Aqua with white stripes and features a new old stock Shelby hood and deck lid along with Shelby GT 500 stripes, fog lights and badges including gas cap and steering wheel.
