Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible! The Eldorado first debuted all the way back in 1953. The nameplate was selected for its meaning. In Spanish Eldorado translates as "the gilded" or "golden one." Naturally referencing the Columbian Lost City of Gold. The Eldorado was the top of the line and naturally the most expensive model for Cadillac for several years. The Eldorado would see production for 12 generations spanning all the way until 2002! This model is a '76 Convertible. The Emberglow Firemist paint is a color we have not seen here. Paint does have age on it, possible original. The white convertible top is a power top and is in good shape. Inside to match the top is white leather interior that is very comfortable and also in good order. Under that long hood is a 500ci V8 backed by an automatic transmission. Odometer has 67k miles elapsed and is believed original but not documented enough to claim actual. Car runs and drives out well. Current owner has had her for over a year, acquired from a private owner out of Kentucky. Title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now. Options on this Caddy include: A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows/Locks/Seats, Automatic Convertible Top, Leather Interior, Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel, AM/FM Radio, and Radial Tires.
