Chevrolet had just redesigned what would become a legend in the automotive world a year prior in 1968. The wheelbase had been shortened by 3 inches and the rubber increased to help the car be nimbler and grip off the line and in the corners. With a semi-fastback, flowing roofline that mimicked the notorious Camaro; it really gave the Chevelle a great stance! The Chevelle would see 3 generations spanning from 64-77. Here we have a ’69 model, the 2nd year of the 2nd generation! The car is painted in Frost Green and is the factory color per the 59 code on the cowl tag. The paint coat has seen some time on the road, she is a driver if there ever was one. The interior seats are green/black vinyl/cloth combo and looks sharp and is in good order. The carpet may be faded by its most likely original. Under the hood you will find a 350ci V8 backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission. Odometer shows 89k miles and per the owner is believed actual. The title supports the claim. Current owner has had her for over 6 years, acquired from a local private owner. Recent work performed was a new Edelbrock 4bbl Carburetor, new distributor, upgraded A/C, set of auto gauges, new headliner, new taillights, and some chrome under the hood.
