With a team lead by Ferdinand Porsche the “people's car" debuted in 1938. Over the next decade the car became widely known in its home country as the Käfer (German for "beetle"). With subtle changes over the years across many generations the Beetle is the longest-running and most manufactured car of a single platform ever made! Here we have a '72 Model Super Beetle.
