The convertibles did not have such a drastic change as the coupes which got rid of the now classic split window design. This red beauty is not your typical 64 as you can see the wheel wells have been stretched out a bit so you can put a tad wider tire under the wheel wells. The flip up lights were smoothed out leaving a seamless frontend. The lights have been hidden behind the black grill under the nose. The fiberglass work is top notch and looks like it could be factory. Under the hood is a 327 that runs very well mated up to the Muncie 4 speed transmission this car is an absolute blast to drive. The white vinyl top can easily be put up or down by popping up the back panel where it is stowed when not in use. Pull up on it and it will go into its upright position. Now you ae ready for wind in your hair cruising. Which is something that this car does very well. The ride is what you could expect from a 64 Corvette.
