1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass

The 4th generation Cutlass was released in 1978 as a much slimmer, more luxurious model than its predecessor. The 4th generation Cutlass would go on for 10 more years but would meet its demise as the big three were going to front wheel drive making these G-body’s a hot commodity in todays classic market. This example is by far the cleanest I have seen with the black paint being original to the car and looks amazing. The red pinstripe breaks up that deep black paint with the bottom of the front bumper being chrome dipped to match the other trim. This 2-owner car has lived an extremely pampered life while being driven more of as a Sunny day car. The engine is original to the car and runs like a top with the simple turn of the key. The 3-speed automatic transmission shifts out nice and smooth as the car is a great cruiser. The custom Corvette wheels look great and give the car a totally distinctive look. Open the door and you will see one of the most comfortable interiors released in 87. Just like the exterior the interior has been well preserved being all original and free from any heavy wear. These low mile examples are becoming harder and harder to find as, so many people have cut them up and turned them into drag cars.
