This 41 has had extensive work done turning it into the modern driver it is today. The cab and front fenders are all steel just like the way Henry Ford made them. The bed is a step up from your normal wood bed that’s been done a million times. The polished stainless is a statement piece to say the least and a unique touch that separates it from the crowd. The polished Billet Boyd wheels look and fit the truck perfectly while showing off the 4-wheel disc brake set-up. The smoothed roll pan and color matched grill complete the exterior touches on this beauty. Though the tailgate may say Ford under the hood a different story is being told. The crate engine, with A HP rating of 290, is a Chevy small block. Naturally a TH400 is backing it up making this little red Ford a Chevy at heart. The rear end, since they do them so well, is a Ford 9 Inch stuffed with a set 3.55 gears. Underneath is where this truck will open your eyes. The front end is composed of a Fatman Mustang II style giving the truck a completely different handling and ride character. The 4-link set up takes care of the rear and completes the driveline of this excellent Street rod. The interior looks like it could have been pulled out of a BMW or Mercedes with the tan leather wrapping basically everything you see you almost forget you’re in a truck. The Ididit steering column adds the tilt steering wheel and gives the interior a highly needed upgrade.
