1969 Chevrolet Corvette

Here at gateway Classic Cars of Houston we have this beautiful glossy red C3 Corvette. If you have never owned a 1968 Chevrolet Corvette before then I’ll give you a little history lesson on these wonderful cars. The C3 Corvette’s design came from a concept Corvette called the “Mako Shark II”. It was just a concept car and never got produced. But the style of the Mako Shark II stayed and was now the new C3 Corvette. There were two types of body styles; you had the Convertible which is super fun on those perfect weather days and you had the Coupes which now had the removable top so you could still roll in style on those beautiful weather days. This Corvette is one of the popular styles, with the chrome bumpers and curves. It has a manual top for those of you who didn’t know and the red paint really stands out! This Corvette is packing a new Chevrolet Crate 350 CID V8 crate engine with chrome additions with less than 500 miles and roughly 25k miles on the chassis. Mated to the 350 is a 4 speed Manual transmission. This Corvette also comes with some good features like, Am/fm radio, Cassette, power brakes, power steering, power windows, all custom red and black leather upholstery, radial tires and some Aluminum wheels.
