You'll find the interior is far more civilized than you'd expect for purpose-built off-roader like this, with comfortable and supportive aftermarket high-back bucket seats with plenty of side bolster to keep you securely in place during your off-roading adventures. Twin folding seats in back expand passenger capacity, and with its grippy spray-in bedliner type coating on the floors, you can get dirty and hose it right out. Toyota's 2F 4.2-liter inline-six have powered Land Cruisers for decades, and while it seems modest and underpowered, it's proven itself time and again in extremely demanding circumstances. Around town, it's smooth and torquey and the gear ratios are exactly right to make it feel quick and agile. Its 4.2L 2F engine is mated to a 4-speed transmission, and it sits on a new set of 33x10.5x15LT BFG Mud Terrain KM2 tires.
