The whole restoration started with a 66 Mustang that came from California. And thanks to the West Coast weather this Mustang was rust free. There was no need to replace any sheet metal. We are talking about a “C†engine code Mustang that originally left the Ford factory as a 289ci V8 with a 2 barrel carburetor. That engine is gone and was replaced with a high performance 347ci V8 engine that blows out well over 425HP. Of course an engine like this deserves to be shifted by a Tremec 5 speed transmission. With this combination fun is guaranteed. The car was professionally painted in black, with the red and black pony interior this car just looks absolutely amazing. Not to forget that the Mustang received the full GT package. Here are just a few options/modification to give you an idea of how much fun it is to drive the Mustang: front power disc brakes; A/C; 3.50 limited slip differential; extra large Griffin Crossflow radiator with electric fan; headers and flowmaster exhaust; all new suspension with KYB shocks; stainless steel gas tank with electric fuel pump; USA radio with dash and door speakers; Cal-Trac traction bars; and; and; and. This Mustang was done correctly. There was no money spared to build this car. Put your family in the car and cruise down the street but if you are alone with the intention to have some fun; just put your foot down on the gas pedal and shift through the gears. That is the beauty about this car. In 10 years I have not seen many Mustangs that are as nice as this one. This is a must see. Wir sprechen deutsch. Let it ride!!!
