The rebuild was performed 10k miles ago. This Mustang features the wonderful color combination of a Wimbledon white exterior and red vinyl interior, A perfect combination for a convertible. The car drives like new, with all new suspension and brakes, wheels and tires. The Soft top and frame were replaced in 2017, as well as a new radiator, alternator and Ignition system. The introduction of the Mustang created a new class of car, the pony car. The Mustang was available in 3 different variations, coupe, fastback, and convertible. By 1967 the Mustang was king. The convertible version sold the most convertible units (over 72,000 of them), nearly 2 to 1 over the next closest convertible competitor, the Chevrolet Impala.
