The 1967 Volkswagen Beetle, also known as the VW Bug, was a compact car produced by Volkswagen from 1938 to 2003. The Beetle featured a distinctive rounded shape and rear-mounted air-cooled engine. The muted color combo of this example was a popular color combination for the Beetle in 1967. This Beetle features a 1600CC horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine that produced 40 horsepower when new but has been upgraded to produce more power today. This beetle is not stock, the Motor was rebuilt to be fast, and easily can go highway speeds and pass traffic, we were impressed. It is paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The Beetle had a simple, yet functional interior with brown vinyl upholstery, a two-spoke steering wheel, and basic gauges. The car was known for its reliability, fuel efficiency, and affordability, and it was a popular choice among young buyers and families. The 1967 Beetle had a curb weight of around 1,965 lbs. Overall, this 1967 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible is in nice driver condition, its presence has stood the test of time and continues to be popular among collectors and enthusiasts.
