Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is excited to present for sale a beautiful 1956 Ford F100 Pickup truck. In-house at Ford Motor Company headquarters in Dearborn, they officially called the second generation of the F-Series light trucks the “Triple Economy “line, but it's doubtful that any of its legions of admirers use that moniker. These trucks, built from 1953 to 1956, are beloved by their fans for their dramatic styling. Among those rigs, the 1956 model is doubly desirable because it's not only the last year of the breed but also a one-year-only design, most noticeable for its wraparound windshield. Their looks make these trucks a highly favored jumping-off point for customization. This 1956 Ford F-100 pickup is a textbook case. It definitely meets the definition of a restomod thanks to its carefully detailed stock appearance with a modern all-Ford powertrain underneath, and you can cool off on hot days in its restored, air-conditioned cab.

Significant Customization exists beneath the hood, including an oval performance air filter, braided lines, polished finned rocker covers, an air-conditioner compressor, and power steering.
