The MG TF was one of the last years of the long running body design that started in 1936 and had subtle changes made throughout the years. This TF features a 1,250cc inline 4 cylinder engine pushing out roughly 58 horsepower from the factory and a 4-Speed manual transmission. This drivetrain in such a small car was sufficient to bring it up to speed and put enough pep in its step to be truly enjoyable driving experience. This MG has recently had some tune up work done including going through the braking system and has no problem stopping quickly and safely. The battery and fuel pump were also replaced adding to the reliability and a muffler replaced to quiet the ride down. The driving experience in this car is very unique as you sit in the driver’s seat you feel one with the car due to the tight quarters. All of the gauges are laid out to be easily monitored and as you drive, the car feels very predictable. There is something special about riding around in a vintage British roadster. With the top down and your driving gloves on you will be transported into a different era and get lost in your cruise!
